Pronouncing -ed endings in verbs and adjectives

Notice that:
- We pronounce /t/ after voiceless consonants like /f/, /k/, /p/, /t/, /θ/ /s/, /ʃ/, /tʃ/.
- We pronounce /d/ after voiced consonants like /b/, /d/, /g/, /l/, /m/, /n/, /ŋ/, /r/, /v/, /ð/, /z/ and vowels.
- We pronounce /id/ after /t/ and /d/.
